In-Store Events: Artist / Maker Pop-ups

Our Aide-mémoire shop hosts a local Artist or Maker usually on the second Saturday of the month. Aran Galligan, Aide-mémoire's founder, began hosting in-store pop-ups in fall of 2021 to celebrate local Makers and the independent spirit. As an extension of our shop values, the Trunk Show Series supports Makers and Artists in the LGBTQ, BIPOC, and female-business run communities.

Participation is free for the Artist, and they retain 100% of their sales.

The pop-ups typically take place on the second Saturday of each month from 12pm - 4pm. We are located in the Phinneywood neighborhood at 7003 3rd Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98117.

If you are a Seattle-area Artist or Maker with an interest in participating in our Trunk Show Series, please complete and submit this application form to be considered for future pop-ups.

Check back often for an up-to-date line-up of Artists and Makers.

Rain Ceramic

from the website:
"More than half a decade ago I began my practice in ceramics and immediately was intrigued with the subtleties and intricacies of the ceramic form. I work out of my small studio in the heart of Seattle's Capital Hill District. My work is a departure from the general mainstay of pottery. Through continual practice and study, I have developed an aesthetic of work that expresses my gravity towards the simplicity of the functional form. "
