Production and Shipping Times

We are a micro business, and most of our jewelry is handmade to order to your specifications. Once you place your order, time is required to gather materials and craft your piece before it ships.

Below you’ll find our current estimated production timelines by product category, as well as estimated shipping times. We do everything we can to stay within our lead times (and do so over 99% of the time) but occasionally, unexpected delays can occur. If that happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Estimated Production Times

In-Stock Items
Ship within 5 business days.

*If you purchase a ring that needs resizing before shipping, allow up to 3 weeks for us to resize and ship the ring.

Ring Resizing (Post-Purchase or Return)
Allow up to 3 weeks from the time it arrives at our studio to when it ships back to you.

Flush-Set Stones or Hand Engraving Add-On
Adds an additional 2 weeks to production time.

Made-to-Order Categories

• Core Rings without Stones: Ships within 4 weeks
• Core Rings with Stones: Ships within 6 weeks
• Core Earrings & Neckwear: Ships within 5 weeks
• Bespoke Pieces: Please allow 6–10 weeks

Estimated Shipping Times

We ship with USPS three times a week, and UPS and DHL once a week. Delivery timelines vary depending on destination and carrier. All jewelry is shipped with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation. If no one is available to sign for the package at delivery, this may delay your receipt.

Important:
Choosing an expedited shipping method (such as UPS Next Day Air) at checkout only affects delivery speed after your order ships. It does not shorten production time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to confirm whether we can meet your deadline.

Please note that we are not the shipping carrier – once your package leaves our studio, delivery is out of our control. That said, if you're experiencing a shipping issue, feel free to reach out and we’ll gladly work with the carrier to help resolve it.

USPS

• Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
• Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
• Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days
  Note: Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may have slower service.

Basic International

• Standard International: 6–14 business days
  Can take longer depending on location and customs.

UPS

• Ground: 1–5 business days
• 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
• 3 Day Select: 3 business days
• Next Day Air: 1 business day (by end of day)

DHL Express Worldwide

• Estimated: 2–8 business days
  Transit times do not include time in customs and vary depending on destination.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total. Please check with your local customs agency for information about estimated duties and import costs.
