Estimated Production Times:
We are a micro business, and most of our jewelry is handmade to order to your specifications. Once you place the order, time is required for us to gather materials and make your piece before we ship it.
See below for our current estimated production times per product category to make and ship your item.
Important Note: We do everything we can to stay within our production lead times and do 99% of the time. Occasionally, factors outside of our control may extend the production time. In that instance, we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know about the expected delay.
In-stock Items:
Ships within five business days.
Made-to-Order Rings without Stones:
Ships within four weeks (28 days)
Made-to-Order Rings with Stones:
Ships within six weeks (42 days)
Made-to-Order Earrings & Necklaces:
Ships within four weeks (28 days)
Custom Designs:
If we are modifying a design beyond what it available to be ordered directly off our website please plan for a 8-10 week production time.
Ring Resizing:
Allow up to three weeks to resize a ring from when it arrives at our studio. Typically, rings without stones have a one-week turnaround. Rings with stones usually take 2-3 weeks.
Estimated Shipping Times:
In addition to production times, there is also transit time (the time it takes from when it leaves our studio to arriving at your house).
Important Notes: These are estimated times, but factors like weather events and holiday rush can delay packages. Check the carrier's website for any shipping and delay expectations. They do not come with a money-back guarantee.
All jewelry orders ship with tracking, insurance and signature confirmation. If no one is home to sign for the package when delivery is attempted that can delay the delivery.
Please understand that we are not the shipping carrier, so once it leaves our hands, we can not control how long it takes to get to you. That said, if you are experiencing any issues with the delivery of your order, don't hesitate to contact us, and we will work with you and the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.
Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days
*Packages going to certain places (including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations) may receive slower service.
GlobalPost Standard International: 6-10 business days (but can take much longer)
UPS:
Ground: 1-5 business days
2nd Day Air: 2 business days
3 Day Select: 3 business days
Next Day Air: 1 business day - by end of next business day
DHL:
Express Worldwide: 2-8 business days
