In-Stock Items, Ring Boxes, and Made-to-Order Earrings & Necklaces

We want you to love your purchase! The following items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet these conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Made-to-Order Rings, Custom, Bespoke or Engraved Items

All made-to-order wedding and engagement rings, as well as engraved jewelry, custom and bespoke items, are made to order and are final sale unless otherwise listed as "in stock," "ready to ship," or "ships now."

However, if there is an issue with your item upon receipt, please contact us immediately. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to arrange a repair or exchange for the same item.


Order Cancellations


Free Resizing

We offer one free resizing per ring (for most band rings without stones) up to ½ size larger or smaller, within one year of receiving the ring. You are only responsible for shipping both ways.

Please contact us before sending a ring back for resizing.

We strongly recommend having your finger professionally sized multiple times before ordering a ring. Printable ring size charts are often inaccurate.


Jewelry Warranty

We take pride in our craftsmanship and offer a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your jewelry needs a repair outside of the warranty period, please contact us—we may be able to assist for a fee.

Fine jewelry requires regular maintenance. Rings, especially those with prongs, should be inspected periodically and re-tipped when necessary.
