Repairs & Additional Services
If your jewelry requires repair outside of the warranty period, we may be able to do the work for a fee. Please contact us to discuss your repair needs.
Important: Regular maintenance and periodic restoration are necessary to keep fine jewelry in good condition - especially rings, which experience the most wear. Prong-set rings should be inspected regularly and taken to a local jewelry repair shop for prong re-tipping or tightening as needed to maintain stone security. We have a short video on how to inspect your prongs here.
If you are interested in insuring your jewelry, we have more information on that here.
